Mass media   Historically speaking , one of the primary means of communication appeared in 550 B.C,  named letters delivered over from one person to another.  Later on telegraph invented in 1792 in France by  Claude Chappe , It begun to ne popular in the late eighteenth to early nineteenth centuries. Telegraph is viewed as a private tool of communication for delivering news and information along wire faster than postal service. An additional key discovery to remember  was the telephone that invented by Alexander Graham Bell on  March 10, 1876 as well as radio in 1901 by Guglielmo Marcon.
